Vocal trio, Voice, featuring Emily Burn, Victoria Couper and Clemmie Franks perform repertoire from their newly released album Patterns of Love. Be entertained by songs exploring the beauty, heartache and humour of love from Shakespeare to the present day, including new pieces written for the trio by British composers Helen Chadwick, Marcus Davidson, Emily Levy, Stevie Wishart, and Ayanna Witter-Johnson.

Neigbourhood Concerts 15: ‘Silence is pleased’ , British and American Art Song


Neighbourhood Concerts is returning this autumn and would like to welcome you back on Saturday the 28th November  to an evening where ‘Silence is pleased‘ .

Mezzo Soprano CN Lester and pianist Sam Morgan will take us through a journey of British and American Art Song.  The programme includes folk song arrangements by Benjamin Britten, Elizabethan Songs by Ivor Gurney and a selection of songs by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Charles Ives, Peter Warlock and Mart Howe.

Neighbourhood Concerts: 14. British Summer


On Saturday 27th June 2015 violinist Mary Young and pianist Merel van der Knoop will be performing stunning solo and duo pieces composed by British performers. Please join us for a wonderful summer’s evening.

Our cafe is open for pre-concert wine, tea, coffee and cake from 7pm.

13. Afternoon Tea at the Opera II – BROCKLEY MAX 2015

Due to popular demand Afternoon Tea at the Opera returns with famous operatic arias and ensembles as part of the Brockley Max festival performed by local professional singers with an interval of tea and cake! An event for the whole family! Entry by donation.


12. ‘Slavic Serenade’


Three4: Soprano Emma Dogliani, violinist Kate Conway and pianist Stuart Wild perform music by some of the greatest  composers including Bartok, Rachmaninov and Shostakovich.  These exceptional musicians like to perform high quality Chamber music in a less formal atmosphere.  With introductions by the musicians, this will be a memorable evening of passionate and beautiful music.
